How it works
Built for the moment you are standing in a parking lot with a crumpled receipt and an expense report due tonight.
Drag a file, pick one from your camera roll, or paste a screenshot. Nothing to install.
A vision model transcribes the merchant, date, each item, tax and total — then sanity-checks the arithmetic.
Correct anything that looks off in the table, then download CSV or .xlsx, or copy straight into Sheets.
Output
The shape bookkeeping tools and pivot tables expect: one row per line item, receipt fields repeated on every row.
UTF-8 with a BOM, so Excel opens accented merchants and currency symbols correctly instead of mojibake.
“Copy for Excel” puts tab-separated values on your clipboard — paste into any spreadsheet grid, formatting intact.
A real workbook with two sheets, frozen headers, column widths and currency formatting. No “convert this file?” prompt.
Every field is a live input. Totals recalculate as you type, and mismatched arithmetic is called out before you export.

FAQ
Printed receipts photographed flat are usually near-perfect, including tax and totals. Faded thermal paper, creases and handwritten tips are harder — that is why every cell is editable and low-confidence receipts are flagged for review.
No. Your image is held in memory, sent to the vision model over TLS, and discarded when the request finishes. It is never written to disk, never used for training, and no account is created.
Partially. Handwritten totals and tips are often readable; scribbled item names less so. Use a well-lit photo and check the flagged fields.
The currency is detected from symbols and text, and the ISO code is kept in its own column. Ambiguous numeric dates are resolved using the detected currency’s convention (day-first for EUR/GBP, month-first for USD).
The server keeps a counter of how many scans your hashed IP has used today, and that is all. Your receipt contents never leave the response that builds your table.
Creem handles checkout as the merchant of record, so card details never touch this site. Creem emails a receipt with a tax-compliant invoice, and your license key arrives in the same email.
Cancel from the link in your Creem receipt — no email required. Access lasts until the end of the period you already paid for, and the free tier keeps working afterwards.
First five receipts today are free. No card, no account.
